About Internship:
We’re on the lookout for driven and curious students (2025 /2026 graduates) to join us as interns across multiple roles. This is a great opportunity for students to work on live projects, collaborate closely with our core team, and experience the fast-paced startup environment.
Exceptional performers may also get a chance to convert to full-time roles.

Role: US Bookkeeper Intern
Duration: 4 months

Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping & Reconciliation: Take complete ownership of monthly bookkeeping for US clients — categorising transactions, reconciling bank/credit accounts, and ensuring GAAP compliance.
Be client-facing: Communicate directly with US startup leaders to gather inputs, resolve queries, and deliver financial clarity.
Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and provide clear commentary on variances.
Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate books for tax and audit readiness.
Process Ownership: Ensure all client books are closed on time every month — no delays, no exceptions.
Proactive follow-ups: Keep clients accountable for providing documentation, receipts, and clarifications — no waiting to be asked.
Who we’re looking for:
Extreme ownership & proactiveness: You’ll be responsible for clients’ financial books— you must be independent, organised, and reliable.
Attention to detail: Accuracy is everything in bookkeeping. We need someone who sweats the small stuff.
Numbers & financial comfort: You should be highly confident with financial statements, reconciliations, and accounting concepts.
Software proficiency: Must be comfortable with QuickBooks Online, Xero (mandatory), Excel/Google Sheets, and a variety of SaaS tools.
Communication skills: Strong written and verbal English; clear, concise communication with US founders and internal teams.
Location & Hours: Based in Bengaluru, with the flexibility to work from the office from 12 PM – 9 PM during the internship period, and 3 PM – 12 AM (midnight IST) post-conversion to align with US time zones.
Bonus: Experience handling multi-entity bookkeeping, consolidations, and MIS reports is a plus.
